The objective of Information Security is to ensure ScaleFocus’ business continuity and to minimize the risk of damage to its business by preventing security incidents and reducing their potential impact.

The policy’s aim is to protect all ScaleFocus’ confidential information and assets against all internal, external, deliberate or accidental threats to information security. This is relevant to business operations in both Bulgaria and on client premises and includes physical security measures as well as theoretical and procedural business practices.

ScaleFocus complies with organization’s security policy that aims to ensure, maintain and continuously improve system of measures, focused on confidentiality, integrity, availability and traceability.

 

IT Service Management Policy

It is a fundamental principle of ScaleFocus service management quality that the provision of IT services is driven by business needs. We never take results for granted. We focus on every client, making sure value is actually delivered. The system aims to ensure structured approach efficiency, effectiveness and quality of services provided.
