Intern Software Engineer

Welcome to the start of your career in Scalefocus! At this level we will give our best to enable you to get the right foundations, structure your adaptations and learning process. This way you will be ready to work on your project within 3 to 6 moths!

Software Engineer I

Working with your team and TTL to deliver the best solution for our clients and keep growing as a strong professional. You are actively participating in the full software development cycle and work on developing tools and applications according to technology best practices under the mentorship of your manager.

Software Engineer II

Your progress has brought you at this level, where you actively participate in development estimation sessions and identifying potential improvements. You are encouraged to start participating in delivering proposals for technical strategies, architecture and solutions that meet overall business requirements.

Software Engineer III

At this step, you are able to participate in developing and recommending technical strategies, architecture and solutions. You are working on developing tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code and communicate them with internal and external stakeholders. You are empowered to lead and mentor younger developers.

Senior Software Engineer

You are leading discussions regarding the development phases, preparing documentation and giving suggestions and solutions. You have an active and leading role in the communication with all stakeholders and have an active role in all meetings. The very strong technical competence enables you to design and implement high-quality solutions according to technology best practices and build scalable solutions that meet overall business requirements.

Principal Software Engineer

Your scope of activities is getting broader and new competences built. Besides the supreme technical component, at this stage you are actively participating in the company recruitment activities as well as taking active participation in the company pre-sales activities. Development of technical strategies, architecture and solutions and guiding the delivery teams is still your strongest focus!
