First off, our Director of Financial Services, Jasper Neve, presented at the European Digital Finance Conference on June 2nd. He introduced our proprietary personal AI financial assistant, a flexible framework that gives retail banks a competitive edge with real-time, personalized financial guidance for users.
We attended the event as part of Scalefocus’s membership in The Banking 50, one of Europe’s largest business communities connecting key financial market players. With over 85,000 members from 60+ countries, The Banking 50 is a dynamic platform bringing together Europe’s top financial innovators.
Jasper took the stage to share how our customizable AI solution helps traditional banks offer a customer experience that matches that of digital-first FinTechs. He explained that many traditional banks struggle to meet modern customer expectations, mainly because they lack the personalization our solution delivers, such as clear expense categories and personalized insights.
Next off, the team headed over to the other flagship event in town, this year’s edition of Money20/20 Europe.
Unsurprisingly, a central theme this year was hyper-personalisation in the context of the Customer Universe of One, which suggests treating each customer as if they are their own unique market. This approach uses advanced analytics and AI to anticipate individual customer behaviors.
The Scalefocus team had exciting conversations around embedded finance and our proprietary white-label mobile wallet that we developed to help businesses deliver seamless payment and checkout experiences.
We also talked about our digital onboarding capabilities, which enable retail banks to reduce customer drop-off rates by 25%.
