Gathering for our Town Hall

Town Hall time! That’s our big company gathering to discuss anything Scalefocus-related. 

Spread across 7 locations – our hybrid event is a good excuse to hang around the office over drinks, treats and uplifting discussions with our favorite colleagues. 

Looking good at the PM Awards

Our Project Management team attended this year’s PM Summit Bulgaria – the biggest PM conference in Europe! 

One of our founders – Viktor Bilyanski, took part in a panel discussion, where he shared his valuable experience and knowledge on how business leaders set the ground for antifragile change management.

A tech talk in Bitola

Our CTO – Krasimir Kostadinov was invited by ITcrowd MK to have a talk at #pelistertech. 

He was in his element, as he was talked about how 🤔Software Architecture is not what you think

Kicking-off the AIBEST Roadshow

It’s great to be part of AIBEST‘s s Roadshow – we get to meet so many curious and insightful students! 

This year’s edition started off in Burgas where our CTO Krasimir Kostadinov took part in the professional development panel, where he shared his insight on leadership, taking on responsibility and how to take your first career steps. 

“When you start off – your leader has been where you are. Ask them questions over a cup of coffee. They will share so much knowledge with you!” 

After the panel we were happy to greet all inquisitive students, who wanted to hear more from Krasi and learn more about what knowledge and skills they need to start their IT career, how important education is, and what competencies the business looks for.

Nikola’s second F3 race is just around the corner!

This weekend (31 March – 2 April) Nikola is racing in 🦘Melbourne! 

He finished 15th in Qualifying. Next up are:
