2025, Through Our Values
Before picking up speed, we’re taking a moment to reflect. From personal challenges and professional milestones to community impact and knowledge sharing, these moments remind us that moving forward is always a team effort.

Progress rarely comes from staying comfortable. In 2025, many of us pushed beyond the familiar – running marathons, winning hackathons, earning awards, and investing in leadership growth. Never settling isn’t about chasing finish lines; it’s about curiosity, steady improvement, and choosing progress in all its forms.
Take on Responsibility
Responsibility means looking beyond your own role. Throughout the year, our colleagues stepped into mentoring, teaching, and knowledge sharing – from internal sessions and student programs to industry events and public talks. These moments reflect a shared belief that learning together helps move both our community and our industry forward.
Achieve More Together
Great things take time – and people. In 2025, everyday teamwork, shared celebrations, summer gatherings, and familiar traditions strengthened how we work together. Colleagues celebrating 10 years with Scalefocus reminded us that achieving more together isn’t about single moments, but about building something that lasts.
Make an Impact
Impact shows up in many ways. From mentoring students in CTF competitions and supporting charity initiatives to teaching kids about personal finance and cheering on Nikola Tsolov’s journey to F2 – 2025 was a year of meaningful action. Big or small, every effort mattered.
