Scalefocus turns 11!

 

Happy Birthday to us! Another year wiser, another year filled with unforgettable memories.

Let’s see what last year brought us and what to expect going on 12!

Last year was grand for us – getting to a 10-year anniversary is always special. Of course, we marked the occasion with glee and all kinds of celebrations.

Oh boy, did we have a lot to celebrate!

New delivery locations, awards, projects, innovations and personal occasions – we love sharing the good times with our colleagues!

To be honest we love our work-from-everywhere company culture, but it always feels so good to get together – either at the office, at a Tech Savvy Talk or at one of our parties!

After all, nothing beats meeting MS Teams avatars in real life and getting to know each other over drinks and treats.

So, what does this year hold for us?

Our first big get-together was our Town Hall meeting. Even though it is a hybrid event, all of the offices gather to watch it together over drinks, snacks and uplifting discussions with our favorite colleagues.

Our Tech Savvy Talks are back!

Hitting off the knowledge-sharing season – our Tech Savvy Talks are starting in Varna!

What are Tech Savvy Talks you ask?
Well – they are one of the prime examples of our knowledge-sharing culture! We get inspirational presentations from technology experts and then discuss the topics over drinks. The first one is on April 27^th, and for the rest – follow us on Eventbrite!

Our big ol’ Team Building!

Warm summer evenings, cool refreshments and everyone from all 7 delivery locations getting together. Working internationally and partying locally is our thing, and our Summer Fest shows for it! This year we have dedicated a whole weekend in June to partying and pampering.

Office gatherings

Movie nights, darts tournaments, board game nights, ping pong competitions, the great Scalefocus Bake-off or maybe celebrating our personal achievements – the offices are always filled with joy, chatter and something fun to do.

 

Spring is here, the spirit of Scale is here – so cheers to 11 years of Scalefocus and to many more!
