2023 PM Awards
We won not one, but TWO awards at this year’s Bulgarian PM Awards, organized by PMI Bulgaria Chapter.
Our Project Management team grabbed the awards for PMO of the Year and Project of the Year for our groundbreaking project – SoundVision.
For the last couple of years our PMO Department has grown not only in numbers, but also in experience, expertise and as a community. They are always up to something wholesome and fun for the whole company.
Thank you, PM team, for always setting up the bar high and seeking excellence in everything that you do!

There are so many reasons why we have an office there, but the amazing tech community is definitely one of the top ones.
It was so inspiring to see so many inquisitive attendees who actively participated in our event – asking questions, discussing the topics and having a good time with likeminded people.
Thank you for spending the evening with us over drinks and discussions on AI, ML, Honest Engineering and AWS! We’d love to see you at our next Plovdiv edition!

AIBEST Tech Academy
We are proud to be a part of the upcoming AIBEST Tech Academy!
In the Academy students from Burgas will be working on projects with mentors from different companies using the agile methodology. It’s all about team work!
In the end a jury, consisting of members with different profiles, will vote on the best projects.
It will be an intense summer and we can’t wait to see what the students will come up with until July 21st!
Our two mentors will be Georgi and Nikola and we wish them good fun, seamless workflow and inspiration along the way.
To all the students at the AIBEST Tech Academy – programming is a creative and exciting journey, so embrace the fun and enjoy the process!

Remotion Fest Burgas, 21-25 June
Remotion Fest is coming up at the end of the month in Burgas and we have not one, but two speakers!
Krasimir Kostadinov and Tsvetan Smardanski will take part in two different panels, talking about honest engineering and remote ethics. You can check out the full event agenda here.
