Remotion Fest
Working from Everywhere is our jam, so taking part in Remotion fest was a no-brainer! We love sharing our knowledge, experience and company culture – so the seaside event was spot-on for us!
Our CTO Krasimir Kostadinov talked about the dark art of effort estimation in software engineering in the post-GPT world.
Our Burgas Site Lead and .NET Technology Manager – Tsvetan Smardanski had a talk on Remote Ethics. Tsvetan has spent most of his time working with teams from far, far away and he’s learned the challenge of having an organized distributed team. Don’t worry though, that is easily solved by following a few simple rules.

Continuing on with our speaking tour – next up was BurgasConf!
Yordan, Technology Team Lead at Scalefocus, talked about Access Control Models.
During his presentation, he explored the diverse landscape of access control models, essential for safeguarding our digital assets. By understanding the strengths, weaknesses, and practical applications of these models, we can make informed decisions about implementing access controls that align with our organization’s security requirements. With this knowledge, we are better equipped to protect sensitive data, mitigate risks, and safeguard the integrity of our systems.

AIBEST interns
Summer internships are at their best during the summer, especially in one of our seaside offices – Burgas!
Our mentors Nikola and Georgi have taken students from the AIBEST Tech Academy under their wing and are working hard on their final project, which they will present on July 21st!
