The road from Startup to Scaleup
Startup, craft beer and alternative music – magic words for a good start.
ScaleFocus team members talked about how to make the move from a small company to the enterprise level. An ex-startup returned to the home of entrepreneurs in Bulgaria and shared business experience and interesting facts around the company’s growth.
Some of the other topics were:
- How do you get great customers and how is communication with them?
- How does the work organization change from the startup to a big company?
- Focused business model as a basis for sustainable development.
Personal experience and answers to the questions above shared Viktor Bilianski, CTO and Simeon Petkov, Delivery Manager at Scale Focus.
