For a second consecutive year ScaleFocus presents at one of the most prestigious IT events in Bulgaria – the Finance Tech Forum. The event took place on the 10th of April in Sofia Hotel Balkan under the aegis of the Financial Supervision Commission and the Bulgarian National Bank.
Sessions at the forum ranged from Mobility to Cloud technology in the financial sector. ScaleFocus gave a presentation on a topic of ever growing importance – Business Analytics.
Being a premium IBM partner, ScaleFocus’ presentation was titled “IBM Solutions for Finance: Turn Data into Customer Loyalty” and explored how Business Analytics and Big Data can bring tangible value to organizations.

- Using Predictive Analytics, one of Hungary’s largest insurers (AEGON) managed to easily derive value from analyzing customers’ behavior – increased client revenue, stronger customer loyalty and reduced cost of sales.
- In Turkey, İş Bankası used Analytical Marketing to increase the client revenue and achieve stronger customer loyalty, all through optimized and transparent cost of sales.
