The 2nd Edition of ScaleFocus Supported Dare to Scale Training Has Been Placed
Go to Market Strategy was the topic of the second workshop of Dare to Scale event, organized by Endeavor Bulgaria and sponsored by BSMEPA (Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency), Postbank and ScaleFocus.
DEV.BG, BG Service, Cheese the Queen, Frudata, FUNKT, GAIDA, DNH Soft, More Noir and Prospecto are the program participants. All of them are Bulgarian companies with a proven track record and perspective growth future.
In 4 months these companies will pass 8 special workshops where successful entrepreneurs and business leaders from Endeavour’s business network will share their business experience and know-how.
Organizational management, Marketing, Sales, Finance are the 4 main categories that will be discussed in the workshops and that are most important for building a successful and scalable international business.
October the 1st 2019, all 10 workshop participants, gain priceless knowledge from the business expert and Telerik co-founder Svetozar Georgiev. The keynote speaker shared with Dare to Scale participants how to plan strategically their business to achieve global presence. Moreover, after the workshop, all participants were involved in discussions with 2 real business cases. In addition, they were asked to share challenges in front of their business with the rest of the participants. This way, all participants managed to get practical advice from Svetozar Georgiev.
