We are searching for an ambitious self-starter and a quick learner with a relentless desire to continuously raise the bar higher for the role of Digital Marketing Specialist.
In this role, you’ll get to support our demand generation team in executing a successful global marketing and lead generation strategy to help attract new business opportunities.
The main responsibilities include:
- Execute email marketing programs for lead generation and lead nurturing
- Support marketing operations initiatives in Pardot and Salesforce such as lead scoring, segmentation, and data cleansing
- Consistently ideate, create, and curate B2B content with a deep knowledge of Scalesfocus’s brand, using innovative approaches to format, structure, and presentation to grow our brand presence and engagement on social media
- Monitor and track business activities and KPIs
- Use data to inform strategy and detect new opportunities, be experimental with content and ad campaigns, monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives, and make data-centric decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and AI developments in social media and email marketing, and leverage them to drive growth.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience (3+ years) in a digital marketing role or similar
- Email marketing experience
- Solid expertise in Social Media platforms
- Good understanding of analysis and reporting, analytical thinking abilities shown to drive insights.
- Proficiency with Google products (GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio)
- Project management experience and meticulous eye for detail
- Effective executive communication style, as demonstrated in both written and verbal formats
- Entrepreneurial spirit/ability and eagerness to experiment with different marketing approaches and tactics
It’s great if you have:
- Strong understanding of IT B2B business
- Previous experience with a marketing automation platform (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar)
- Experience with Salesforce
