The Solution
Scalefocus’ experts implemented a scalable and flexible cloud solution to unify and automate sales, quoting, payment, ERP, and digital signature processes. The team replaced legacy systems such as Dealhub and QuickBooks with an integrated solution based on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Certinia ERP, and Adobe eSign. The sizable product catalog also needed simplification and reorganization into bundles rather than random, chaotic article units.
To reduce delays and capture more business opportunities, Scalefocus introduced automated workflows for discount approvals. Bottlenecks were also removed by automating the Quote, Document, and Approval processes, as well as all billing processes. As a result of the newly automated exchange of sales information throughout the company, its data integrity and operational efficiency improved significantly.
